The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Barari P.S.Case No.186 of 2019 registered for offences punishable under Sections 498A of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3⁄4 of the D.P.Act.

As per FIR there is allegation of demand of Rs.50,000/- as dowry and for that torturing the complainant (wife). Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that the allegation is false and he is still ready to keep her with dignity and care.

Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, this application is disposed of with direction to the petitioner to surrender within a period of

No.60729 of 2019(2) dt.25-09-2019 2/2 two weeks from the date of receipt of the order and on surrender he will be released on provisional bail in connection with Barari P.S.Case No.186/2019 for a period of six month and during that period, the learned court below shall issue notice to the complainant and on appearance of the O.P.no.2 and if she wants to resides with the petitioner, he will keep her with dignity and care and their conduct shall be watched by the learned court below during that period and and once being satisfied with the conduct of the petitioner and the O.P.no.2 or the O.P.o.2 does not appear on notice and not ready to reside with the petitioner, the learned court below shall confirm the bail bond of the petitioner.

With the aforesaid direction, this application is disposed of .
