Bimal, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. Manish Kumar, learned counsel for the informant as also Mrs. Asha Devi, learned APP for the State. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 1335 of 2019 instituted under Sections 323, 498A of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3/4 of D.P. Act.

Pursuant to the last order dated 9.11.2022 passed by a coordinate bench of this Court, the matter was taken up by Patna High Court Mediation Centre and with the grace of God, the parties have come to an agreement and a Memorandum of Agreement dated 23.1.2023 has been brought on record.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.2411 of 2022(5) dt.02-02-2023 2/2 Taking into account the positive attitude that the couple had shown, so far as the privilege of anticipatory bail is concerned, this Court is inclined to extend the relief to the petitioner.

Let the petitioner be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the subordinate court within a period of four weeks from the receipt of this order, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Complaint Case No. 1335 of 2019 to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Katihar, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
