Petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 341/323/498(A)/504/506/304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3⁄4 of Dowry Prohibition Act.

It is a case of dowry death.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. Petitioner is the mother-in-law of the deceased. It is further submitted that the petitioner is separate in mess and business. Thrust of allegation is against the husband of the deceased who is already in custody.
