2. The dispute in the present writ application relates to selection of Anganbari Sevika for Anganbari Centre No. 411 of Ward No. 12, Tola Madhopur (Bariyarpur Purvi) in the district of Muzaffarpur. The petitioner has a grievance against selection of respondent no. 7 for the said post, ignoring the petitioner's better claim.

3. The selection as Anganbari Sevika/ Sahayika is

Patna High Court CWJC No.20180 of 2019(2) dt.18-11-2019 2/2 governed by the Guidelines issued by the Welfare Department, Government of Bihar, which provides for grievance redressal forum. The petitioner is said to have approached the Child Development Project Officer and District Programme Officer also raising the claim of illegality in the process of selection.

4. In the facts and circumstances of the case, this writ application is disposed of at this stage itself with a direction that let the District Programme Officer, Muzaffarpur dispose of the petitioner's claim if the same is pending before him, within a period of three months from the date of receipt/ production of a copy of this order.
