1. Heard learned counsel for the parties.

2. The petitioner in this application prays for bail apprehending her arrest in connection with Akorhigola P.S. Case no.307 of 2025 registered for the offence punishable under section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

3. As per the prosecution case, about 9 litres of liquor was recovered from the house of the petitioner.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that no incriminating article has been recovered from the petitioner's possession or her house and she has been falsely implicated in the case at the instance of the local Chowkidar. She has no criminal antecedent and undertakes to cooperate in the investigation.

5. The application for bail is opposed by learned

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.62870 of 2025(2) dt.24-09-2025 2/2 A.P.P. for the State.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the allegation against the petitioner in the FIR, no incriminating article having been recovered from the petitioner's possession, the allegation in the FIR that the petitioner who is 65 year old lady outran the raiding police personnel and the petitioner having no criminal antecedent, it is directed that the petitioner, above named, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks, be released on anticipatory bail in connection with Akorhigola P.S. Case no.307 of 2025 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Exclusive Special Judge, Court no. 1st, Rohtas at Sasaram.
