The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence under Sections 399, 402, 412 of the I.P.C. and Sections 25(1-b)a, 26, 35 of the Arms Act.

On a secret information, a raid was conducted and this petitioner alongwith four other persons were arrested and several arms & ammunition, cash and other articles were recovered from their possession.

It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that no arms or ammunition or cash was recovered from the possession of this petitioner. Recovery has been effected from the possession of other co-accused. Petitioner is in custody since 04.06.2021. Chargesheet has already been submitted.

Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.
