2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered for the offence under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 307, 302, 120B, 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, due to land dispute, three persons from the prosecution side was killed by the accused persons and some other persons sustained grievous injury.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 02.04.2023, he is quite innocent and has not committed any offence.

5. Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail and has submitted that there is sufficient material

6. Considering the fact that the petitioner has participated in the killing of three persons, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. This application is dismissed.

7. The Court below is directed to expedite the trial of the petitioner.
