Case No. 241 of 2016 registered under Sections 341, 323, 325, 379, 504, 506,/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3⁄4 of SC and ST (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, he may file an appropriate application before the learned Special Judge where the case is pending and on filing of such application, learned court below will consider the same in the light of the judgment of the Hon'ble Supreme Court in the case of Sakiri Vasu Vs. State of U. P. & Ors. reported in 2008 (2) SCC 409 and shall ensure that the investigation is completed within a reasonable time and without further delay.
