JUSTICE V.N. SINHA ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 19-08-2015 Learned counsel for the Corporation states that the order under contempt has been assailed by the Corporation by filing L.P.A. No. 874 of 2015 and the Corporation shall abide by the result of the aforesaid L.P.A. In the event, aforesaid L.P.A. is dismissed and the order of the High Court dated 18.03.2015 passed in CWJC No. 23373 of 2011 is affirmed, the Corporation will comply with the same and make necessary payment to the petitioner within one week from the date of disposal of the said L.P.A.

In view of the statement made at Bar by the counsel for the Corporation, the contempt petition is disposed of, however, with
