2. The petitioners are seeking regular bail in connection with Kajara P.S. Case No. 39 of 2024, registered for the offences punishable under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per allegation, while the informant was going to uncle's house for a wedding ceremony, in the way, the accused person including the petitioners stopped the motorcycle of the informant on the point of pistol and started assaulting him. They snatched belongings of the informant and also snatched away his motorcycle.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioners has

He has further submitted that the petitioners are not arrested at the spot. Nothing was recovered from his possession. Except confessional statement, there is nothing against him. Subsequent to the present case, they were remanded in two other cases from this case. The petitioners are under custody since 25.04.2024.

Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioners above-named be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Lakhisarai in connection with Kajara P.S. Case No. 39 of 2024, subject to the following conditions:- (i) The petitioners shall cooperate in the disposal of trial and make themselves available as and when required by the court.
