ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 30-09-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioner is in custody since 02.08.2019 in connection with G.O. Case No. 88 of 2019, registered for the offence punishable under Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the alleged recoveries were not made from his conscious possession but he has signed a plain paper which was later on converted into seizure list. It has further submitted that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he has been languishing in jail. Considering the aforementioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, be released on
