This writ petition has been filed for a direction upon the respondent authorities to consider the representation filed by the petitioner for transferring him from Health Centre, Gurua, District- Gaya to Raniganj Block within the District of Araria.

It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is posted as Ophthalmic Assistant at Community Health Centre, Gurua, District- Gaya and his wife is a Government Teacher posted at Middle School,

Patna High Court CWJC No.14833 of 2025(2) dt.07-10-2025 2/2 Raniganj Block, District- Araria. It has also been submitted that the petitioner has filed a representation before the respondent no.3 (Director-in-Chief, Health Service, Government of Bihar, Patna) for his transfer which has not been considered till date. 4.

Considering the aforesaid, the respondent no.3 (Director-in-Chief, Health Service, Government of Bihar, Patna) is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner for his transfer in accordance with law and pass a reasoned order within four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
