It is submitted that due to illness of learned counsel of the petitioner, no one could appear in C.W.J.C. No. 23305 of 2012 as a result whereof, C.W.J.C. No. 23305 of 2012 dismissed for want of prosecution but when learned counsel of petitioner of C.W.J.C. No. 23305 of 2012 came to know about dismissal of the aforesaid writ petition, the present petition was filed for restoration of C.W.J.C. No. 23305 of 2012.
