The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Basopatti P.S. Case No. 314 of 2020 registered for the offences punishable under Section 414 of the Indian Penal Code read with Sections 25(1-b)a and 26 of the Arms Act.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 03.12.2020, charge-sheet has been submitted in the case and is a person with clean antecedent and allegation is of recovery of one loaded country made pistol along with a motorcycle.

The learned counsel submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case, nothing was

The learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for bail of the petitioner.

Considering the fact that the petitioner is in custody since 03.12.2020, is a person with clean antecedent and chargesheet has been submitted in the case, let the petitioner above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned court below where the case is pending/successor court in connection with Basopatti P.S. Case No. 314 of 2020.
