JUSTICE RAVI RANJAN ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 09-11-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the direction contained in the order dated 28.02.2013 passed in CWJC No. 20389 of 2011 has not been complied. It is submitted that the claim of the petitioner has been rejected and the same has been communicated vide Annexure-B appended with the show cause filed on behalf of the opposite party no. 4.

Since there has been sufficient compliance of the

Patna High Court MJC No.7 of 2014 dt.09-11-2016 direction contained in the order dated 28.02.2013 passed in CWJC No. 20389 of 2011, this proceeding cannot continue and is, hereby, dropped. Accordingly, this application stands allowed.

However, the petitioner, if aggrieved and so advised, would be at liberty to assail the aforesaid order passed against him before a competent forum.
