2. The present writ petition has been filed for quashing the order dated 20.05.2011 issued vide Memo No. 5705 annexed as Annexure-13 passed by the Deputy Secretary, Department of General Administration, Government of Bihar, Patna by which punishment order has been passed against the petitioner.

3. Learned counsel for the State raises preliminary objection that the counsel for the petitioner has come before this

4. In this background, the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this writ petition seeking permission to avail the remedy of appeal.
