From the show cause filed by the respondents, it is seen that Rs.6,12,613/- (Rs.3,78,810/- with respect to gratuity and Rs.2,33,803/- with respect to earned leave) has been paid to the petitioner.

In case the petitioner has any grievance with regard to any further due, he may raise his claim in accordance with law before the appropriate forum.
