Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 272,273,414,420,120(B)of the Indian Penal Code and 30 (a),32(ii),38(ii),41(i) Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

From a truck, huge quantity of Indian made foreign liquor was recovered. On the basis of statement of the person arrested from the vehicle, allegation is that the petitioner and others were helping in unloading of the liquor. Petitioner has got no such criminal antecedent.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail after completion of investigation on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like

No.58961 of 2019(2) dt.27-09-2019 2/2 amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Saraiya Police Station Case No.382 of 2019, subject to the condition that both bailors shall be resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned court below and further the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
