"1. That this is an application for issuance of an appropriate writ(s), order(s) or direction(s) to the respondents specifically the Respondent No.6 to pass a final order in L.A. Reference Case No. 17/2019 (P) which has been referred by the Respondent No.3 bearing L.A Case No.

Patna High Court CWJC No.15014 of 2025(2) dt.23-09-2025 2/3 04/2009-10 by reference letter dated 22.01.2019 vide its letter No. 172 since still after the lapse of more than 6 years no final order has been passed so on account of non-passing of final order the petitioners have been facing irreparable financial loss."

2. Heard Mr. Harsh Anuj, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and Mr. Navnit Kumar, learned counsel appearing for the respondent no.6.

3. The main grievance of the petitioners is that the L.A. Reference Case No. 17 of 2019(P) referred by the respondent no.3 in connection with L.A. Case No. 04 of 200910 has not been decided by the respondent no. 6 despite the said case being pending since 2019 and on account of pendency of the said L.A. Reference Case, the petitioners' issue with regard to compensation in respect of land which has been acquired could not be decided.

Considering the issue raised by the petitioners in this writ petition the respondent no.6 (The Chairman Cum Presiding Officer, Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Authority, Chhajjubagh, Patna) is herby directed to decide the L.A. Reference Case No. 17 of 2019 (P) within three months from the date of receipt or production of order's copy for which learned counsel appearing for the respondent no.6

Patna High Court CWJC No.15014 of 2025(2) dt.23-09-2025 3/3 also agrees.

5. Accordingly, with this direction, the instant writ petition stands disposed of.
