3. It has been pointed out by learned State Counsel that Title Suit No. 200 of 2025 is pending before a competent Civil Court and even the order of the Collector, the same has not been challenged.

4. Upon query, learned counsel for the petitioners submit that they have preferred an appropriate petition before the Title Court but the same has not been taken to its logical conclusion. He submits that the petitioners shall be pursuing the aforesaid matter.

5. In that background, the writ petition is disposed of allowing the petitioners to raise all the points before the competent Civil Court in Title Suit No. 200 of 2025.

6. It is expected that the Court concerned, if such petition is pending, shall be taking the same to its logical conclusion.
