The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections 414/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1b)a/26/35 of the Arms Act. Allegation is that one country made pistol along with one live cartridge and one stolen motorcycle are recovered. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is in custody since 2.6.2019 and has got no criminal antecedent. Charge sheet has been submitted in the case. On behalf of the State, it is submitted that the petitioner is named in the F.I.R.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, West Champaran, Bettiah in connection with Bettiah Town P.S. case No.425 of 2019.
