He further submits that so far as the Forest Case bearing No. 85/2017 is concerned, the petitioner is ready to face the trial in order to prove his innocence. Learned counsel further informs this Court that the confiscation proceeding before the Authorized Officer-cumDivisional Forest Officer, Rohtas at Sasaram is still pending. In view of the stand taken on behalf of the petitioner, this application is disposed off as not pressed at this state with a liberty to the petitioner to challenge the confiscation proceeding or an order passed therein in accordance with law.
