JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 24-10-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 413, 414, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The name of petitioner came in confessional statement of co-accused and admittedly, nothing was recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner. So far as criminal antecedent of the petitioner is concerned, learned counsel of the petitioner submits that petitioner was made accused in five cases prior to institution of the present case but as a matter of fact, except one case, almost all the cases were registered against unknown. Petitioner is in jail custody since 08.07.2019.

Case No. 488 of 2019.
