2. The present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner directing the respondents, especially respondent Nos.1 to 6 to refund Rs.1,96,260/- which the petitioner was forced to

Patna High Court CWJC No.6063 of 2018 dt.08-04-2024 2/3 deposit on account of alleged migration difference which had occurred due to the Migration of Birnager branch of Uttar Bihar Gramin Bank from manual operation to computerization.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has joined the Branch on 03.02.2012 and migration has already been completed on 23.09.2011. Therefore, such demand is not appropriate. Counsel further submits that he has filed representation before the Chairman, Uttar Bihar Gramin Bank, Muzaffarpur, on 08.07.2017, but no decision has taken place as yet.

Learned counsel for the Uttar Bihar Gramin Bank has filed the counter affidavit and submits that the calculation chart has been annexed, but he submits that if the petitioner's grievances have not been redressed then in that case he may be granted liberty to file representation before the General Manager, Uttar Bihar Gramin Bank.

5. In the light of the submissions, this Court directs the petitioner to file a fresh representation before the General Manager, (H.R.D.), Uttar Bihar Gramin Bank, Muzaffarpur, within 30 days from today and the General Manager, Uttar Bihar Gramin Bank, Muzaffarpur, is directed to pass a reasoned and speaking order on the representation filed

Patna High Court CWJC No.6063 of 2018 dt.08-04-2024 3/3 by the petitioner considering all the points which has been mentioned in the writ petition within 90 days. Since election has been notified, therefore, 90 days period shall be counted from the date of end of election.

6. With the aforesaid observations and directions, this writ petition is hereby disposed off.
