1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1.(i) For issuance of an appropriate writ for quashing the order dated 23.08.2022 (Annexure-4) passed by the Respondent No.2 passed in Aanganbari Revision Case No. 29/2020-21 whereby and whereunder the Respondent No.2 pleased to confirm the order of district Programme Officer, Bhagalpur.
(ii) For issuance of an appropriate writ for quashing the order dated 07.07.2020 of District Programme Officer (Annexure-3) by which he has been cancel the selection of the petitioner from the post of
Patna High Court CWJC No.16122 of 2022(2) dt.27-03-2024 2/2 Aganbari Sevika and order for selection of Ritu Kumari Respondent No.6."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law, including that of filing a suit before the learned Civil Court having competent jurisdiction for redressal of her aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.
