2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 341, 307, 506, 504 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. According to F.I.R., this petitioner abused and hit the daughter of informant with brick while she was on the terrace.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. As a matter of fact, parties are gotiyas and on account of land dispute between the parties, a free fight took place in which both sides sustained injuries. Case and counter case. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposed

Considering the nature of accusation and clean antecedent, this anticipatory bail is allowed and it is ordered that let the above named petitioner in the event of his arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of eight weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate VII, Bhojpur at Ara in connection with Aayar P. S. Case No. 12 of 2024, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
