JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 10-12-2019 The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Special Case No. 7 of 2019 arising out of Khagaria P.S. Case No. 499 of 2019, registered for offences punishable under Sections 8/20 (b)(ii) (c )/25//29 of NDPS Act. As per F.I.R, there is allegation of recovery of 14 grams of smack from one Md. Shahjad and petitioner is the wife of said Md. Shahjad and there is confessional statement of petitioner also.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner is that she has falsely been implicated in this case and even according to F.I.R., there is no recovery from the possession of the petitioner. She is lady and has been in judicial custody for more than four months.
