2. The present modification application has been filed for modify the order dated 14.12.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 48116 of 2022.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that as per order dated 14.12.2022 one of the condition was " At the time of furnishing bail bond, the petitioner shall produce the resignation/termination letter before the Magistrate/Competent Authority" but the letter of termination was not available with the petitioner and the same has been served upon the petitioner in August, 2023.

4. In view of the aforesaid, the time of surrender and furnishing bail bond is hereby extended by four weeks from today.
