3. For the reasons stated in the restoration petition, the prayer for restoration is allowed and C.W.J.C. No. 22848 of 2011 is restored to its original file.

4. MJC No. 798 of 2018 stands disposed of.

5. As prayed, let the matter be listed along with C.W.JC. No. 10460 of 2017.
