The petitioner has prayed for the following relief: (i) to issue an appropriate order/s, direction/s including a writ preferably in the nature of certiorari for quashing of the order dated 15.09.2017 passed in Anganwadi. Appeal No.

18/2016 whereby and whereunder he has dismissed the appeal filed by the petitioner and

Patna High Court CWJC No.4414 of 2018(3) dt.25-09-2023 2/3 affirmed the order dated as contained in letter no. 643 dated 16.06.2015 passed by the District Programme Officer, Samstipur directing to appoint the private respondent against the post of Anganbari Sewika for centre no. 150, Ward no. 07, situated in Village Panchayat Chak Pahar within Morwa District of Samastipur;

(ii) to quash the order as contained in letter no. 649 dated 16.06.2015 passed by the District Programme Officer, Samstipur whereby and whereunder he has directed and the Child Development Project Officer Morwa to issue selection letter to the private respondent regarding post of Anganbari Sevika for Centre mentioned hereinbefore;

(iii) to direct the respondent no. 7 to appoint the petitioner to the post of Anganbari Sewika in place of private respondent in the above mentioned case taken into the consideration that her name appears to be first in the merit list;

Patna High Court CWJC No.4414 of 2018(3) dt.25-09-2023 3/3 (iv) to any other relief/s to which the petitioner is found entitled in the facts and circumstances of the case.

A counter affidavit is on record, according to the petitioner, even he was not the applicant.
