2. At the outset, Mr. Purushottam Jha, learned Advocate for the petitioner fairly submitted that during the pendency of the writ petition, the grievance of the petitioner to the extent of regularization has been redressed in pursuant to the notification no. 202/2025 dated 20.09.2025 issued under the signature of the Registrar, Munger University, Munger, the copy of which has been handed over to this Court. It is further contended that though the regularization has been

Patna High Court CWJC No.15464 of 2025(2) dt.22-09-2025 2/2 made, however, the very notification clearly suggest that the arrears of the salary and other benefit shall be paid to the petitioner, the moment allotment shall be made from the State government.

3. Learned Advocate for the University reiterates the submissions advanced by learned Advocate for the petitioner.

4. Having considered the facts, the present writ petition stands closed, with the hope and expectation that the petitioner shall be accorded all the consequential benefits within a reasonable period of time, not beyond a period of three months.
