JUSTICE RAJEEV RANJAN PRASAD ORAL ORDER 08-08-2018 This writ application seems to be misconceived inasmuch as a reading of the writ application would show that the petitioner has a grievance against Jharkhand police as according to the petitioner he is being harassed by Jharkhand police in connection with Deoghar Town P.S. Case No.723 of 2014 arising out of P.C.R. Case No.1288/2014 registered under Sections 406, 420, 467 and 471/34 of the Indian Penal Code. No one appears to press this writ application. Since the relief prayed for relates to Jharkhand police, in the facts of the present case, writ application is not fit to proceed.
