16. 31-10-2018 In view of the categorical statement made in paragraph-8 & 9 of the supplementary show cause filed on behalf of the opposite party nos. 4 & 5, the present contempt applications are not required to be entertained. In terms of those paragraphs the opposite parties have decided to allow the petitioner and others to continue on their previously working post of Headmaster/Graduate Trained vide office Order No. 3758 dated 06.12.2016. The said order has been made subject to the consequence of SLP No. 29770/2015.

In the aforesaid view of the matter, no violation of the impugned order has been found. Both these applications are disposed off.
