The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Pear Police Station Case No.115 of 2019 dated 2.7.2019 registered for offences punishable under Sections 376/511, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 67(B)(e) I.T. Act & POCSO Act.. Allegation as per FIR is that the informant was caught hold by the other accused persons and he attempted to commit rape. So far this petitioner is concerned, it is said that he made videograph of the same and made it viral.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that the videograph was not made viral by him and he is in custody for about six months . Charge has also been framed in this case.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Addl. Sessions Judge Ist cm Special Judge, POCSO Act, Muzaffarpur in connection with Pear Police Station Case No.115 of 2019 with further condition that he has to co-operate in disposal of the trial and further he will not in any way threaten the informant or her family members.

With the above direction, this application is allowed.
