This application has been preferred for issuance of an appropriate writ in the nature of mandamus,commanding Respondent Authorities to test in and directing the give relaxation in physical view of law laid down by the Supreme Court Hon'ble as the petitioners have already proved their competency (physical test) in the year 2005 and 2006 and now due to legal battle they gave come in the age group of around

Patna High Court CWJC No.2943 of 2018(3) dt.18-09-2023 2/2 40 years and select the petitioners as a Sub-Inspector of Police after making relaxation in physical test.

3. It seems that with the passage of time, the matter has now become infructuous. The petitioner seeks liberty in the matter to invoke the writ jurisdiction as and when required.

4. The writ petition stands disposed of with the aforesaid liberty.
