Petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Durgawati P.S. Case No. 129 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under section 307 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. Similarly situated co-accused has been granted bail by different co-ordinate Benches of this court vide orders dated

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.61784 of 2019(4) dt.04-12-2019 2/2 05.11.2019 and 27.11.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. Nos. 69461 of 2019 and 70546 of 2019 as contained in Annexure-5 (series) to the second supplementary affidavit filed on behalf of the petitioners.

Learned counsel appearing for the informant very vehemently opposes the prayer for bail and submits that there are serious allegations against these petitioners which is supported by the injuries sustained.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kaimur at Bhabua in connection with Durgawati P.S. Case No. 129 of 2019 subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) Cr.P.C. (Arvind Srivastava, J) mcv/- U T
