====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 17-03-2023 Heard learned counsels for the petitioners and the State.

Petitioners apprehend arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 307, 379, 50/34 and other allied sections of Indian Penal Code.

As per prosecution case, while the son of the informant and his friend were returning to their house from the market, their bike met an accident with thela, as a result of which, petitioner No. 1 called some 20-25 boys and then these petitioners along with others started abusing and assaulting them and they also snatched away golden chain and bracelet from

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that there is allegation of assault against 8 named accused persons and the allegation of snatching is general and omnibus. There is no specific allegation against these petitioners. Case and counter case. Petitioners claim clean antecedent. Considering the nature of allegation, let the above named petitioners in the event of their arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Sherghati, Gaya in Dumaria P.
