The prayer is to restore Cr Appeal (DB) No 529 of 2017 by recalling the order dated 12.07.2017. It is submitted that the defect being in the impugned judgment itself be ignored particularly when the date of judgment is clearly printed at the last page of the judgment. This application is allowed. Cr Appeal (DB) No 529 of 2017 is restored to its original file.

Defect, as pointed out, stands ignored.
