2. This writ application has been preferred for protection of life and liberty to the person and property of the petitioner from respondent Nos.11 and 12. Further prayer is for providing proper security to the life of the petitioner.

3. The petitioner had raised similar grievance

Patna High Court Cr. WJC No.1192 of 2015 dt.15-12-2017 before this Court earlier in Cr.W.J.C.No. 1145 of 2010 which was disposed of by a Coordinate Bench of this Court on 23.03.2011, after hearing the parties and with observation that the matter is of civil dispute and the Writ Court cannot properly look into the matter alongwith liberty to the petitioner to move the appropriate authority.

4. After hearing the parties, I do not find anything to take a different view as already taken by this Court. The petitioner is at liberty to move the appropriate Committee for proper security, if so advised.

With the aforesaid observation, this writ application stands disposed of.
