This Court finds it a little strange that when an order in favour of the petitioner was passed way back on 03.08.2012 as well as "communicated" and implemented then why would the petitioner file a Contempt Application on 2nd of January, 2014.

However, taking into consideration that payment is being made to the petitioner, now, which position has been accepted, the presence of the Regional Deputy Director, Education stands dispensed
