This is an application seeking modification in the judgment and order dated 12.5.2015 passed in CWJC No.22038 of 2014. Though the format of the application is for modification but in substance it seeks review of the judgment and order of the writ Court. I have heard learned counsel for the parties on the issue and I have perused the judgment and order and find nothing in the judgment and order which calls for modification. If the petitioner who was respondent before the writ Court is not satisfied in any manner with the judgment in question, the forum for the same is otherwise than the modification application which is dismissed accordingly.
