2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 307/354(A)(B), 504,506/302 and other ancillary sections of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, this petitioner and other two accused persons assaulted Kameshwar Yadav as a result of which he sustained multiple injuries including one fracture injury.
