JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 13-02-2018 The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that as per the Annexure-3 and 4 to the writ petition which is dated 12.12.2013 and has been issued by the Deputy Collector (Establishment), Patna the petitioner herein has been acquitted of the charges alleged in the on going departmental proceeding, hence he prays that the arrears of outstanding salary be paid to him.

In view of the aforesaid, the petitioner may file a representation before the respondent no. 4 within a period of two weeks from today and the respondent no. 4 shall pass

Patna High Court CWJC No.13017 of 2017(2) dt.13-02-2018 2/2 speaking and reasoned order within a period of four weeks thereafter and then he would pay the arrears of outstanding salary within a period of four weeks of the passing of the final order.
