BAJANTHRI) 17-06-2025 Prima facie, the present Miscellaneous Appeal is not maintainable in the light of Co-ordinate Bench decision dated 18.05.2010 passed in Civil Revision No. 346 of 2010 (Neelam Kumari Sinha vs. Shree Prashant Kumar). On the other hand, appellant has remedy under civil miscellaneous petition, thus, the present M.A. No. 96 of 2018 stands disposed of for the purpose of statistics.
