2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 363, 366(A) and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 8 of the POCSO Act, registered in connection with Govindganj P.S.Case No. 141 of 2024.
3. As per the allegation, the petitioner, in concert with other unknown accused persons, abducted the minor granddaughter of the informant for ulterior motive.
4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the victim did not support the allegation in her statement under Section 164 of the CrPC, to which the learned counsel for the informant submits that the statement of the victim under
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.67689 of 2024(5) dt.21-08-2025 2/2 Section 164 of the CrPC has no value, because she is aged about 14 years.
5. In my view, the petitioner does not deserve the privilege of anticipatory bail, as he in league with other accused persons, enticed away the minor girl.
6. The application is accordingly stands rejected.
7. However, the learned court below is directed to dispose of the regular bail application of the petitioner on the day of its filing, if the petitioner does so. (Nawneet Kumar Pandey, J) HR/- U T
