2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 25(1-b)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

3. As per the prosecution story, in brief, on a written statement of the informant based on the confessional statement of one of the co-accused that this petitioner has kept illegal arms in his house, a raid was conducted and upon search two country made pistol and two live cartridges were recovered.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. He further submits that no seizure list was prepared. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposed the bail application.

6. Considering the nature of accusation, gravity of the offence and the fact that illegal arms and ammunition were recovered from the house of this petitioner, prayer for grant of anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) aditya/- U T
