The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 308, 379, 504 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code. As per the prosecution case, on 20.07.2022 at about 5.30 pm, an altercation took place between the parties over demarcation of land in which both sides sustained injuries. Petitioner no. 2 along with co-accuses snatched Mangalsutra of the mother-in-law of the informant.

It is submitted that the alleged occurrence took place due to land dispute, on account of which, two cases were

Considering the facts aforesaid and nature of injury, the petitioners above-named, in the event of their arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sheikhpura in connection with Shekhopur Sarai P.S. Case No. 128 of 2022, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) vinita/- U T
