2. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Hathauri P.S. Case No. 156 of 2023 instituted for the offences under Sections 420, 379 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per prosecution case, the informant who is the director of Niyati Food Production, alleged that the petitioner is sales man of the said company. He further alleged that the petitioner taken total amount of Rs. One lakh from the small retailers and left Rs. Two lakh in the market of that company.

4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has submitted that petitioner is innocent and has

He submitted that petitioner give up the said company and he demanded his due salary of three months due to which the informant lodged the false case against him with a view to grab the informant's salary. He submitted that there is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner. It is next submitted that the petitioner is a person of clean antecedent.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for grant of bail to the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest/surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned J.M. 1st Class, Muzaffarpur (East) in connection with Hathauri P.S. Case No. 156 of 2023, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. (Nawneet Kumar Pandey, J) Arish/- U T
