The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections 419, 420/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation is that the accused persons were trying to cheat prospective customers by concealing fake currency notes, used for playing games, in between a couple of real currency notes.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is in custody since 12.07.2019 and has got no criminal antecedent. There is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioner. The informant has recovered currency, which is used usually for playing by the children along with some genuine currency. No wrongful loss

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.60000 of 2019(2) dt.24-09-2019 2/2 has been caused to any person in the present case. On behalf of the State, it is submitted that the petitioner is named in the F.I.R.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M., Sherghati, Gaya in connection with Sherghati P.S. case No.319 of 2019.
