2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Nanpur P.S. Case No. 225 of 2023 registered for the offence under Section 376(A)(B) of the Indian Penal Code and u/s 4/6 of the POCSO Act.

4. As per the prosecution case, a minor child was raped by the petitioner. The child has supported the allegation made in her statement recorded under Section 164 of the Cr.P.C.

5. In view of the facts and circumstances, as mentioned above, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

6. Accordingly, the prayer of bail of the petitioner is rejected herewith.
